Health certificates
Health certificates are fee-paying services - payment is by card on-site (cabinet 104). Health insurance does not cover these services.
Validity: The price list below applies from 01.09.2024. SL Tervisekeskus OÜ will publish an updated price list from 01.09.2026.
Driving licence medical certificate
Certificate required to apply for or renew a driving licence. Price: category A/B - 65 €, category C/D/E - 90 €.
What to bring:
- Complete the health declaration in advance via terviseportaal.ee (national health portal).
- Come fasting (water is allowed - at least 2 hours before the appointment).
- Bring a valid identity document.
The examination measures blood pressure, vision, BMI, neck circumference and blood glucose. The certificate is issued electronically.

Pre-employment health check
Certificate for food handlers, teachers, healthcare workers and other regulated occupations. We recommend booking in advance.
- X-ray + stool culture (BAK): 95 €
- Stool culture only (BAK): 80 €
- With X-ray only: 45 €
Results: 1-5 working days. Certificate issued on paper or by email.
Requirements vary by occupation - see Terviseamet (Health Board).
